OLS :

Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills is for all adults connected with the Cub Scout program. The course is a natural progression after taking BALOO training and puts into practice the skills learned in that course. Our Pack benefits greatly from well-trained leadership, making outdoor adventures more attainable and enjoyable for our scouts.

There is currently no OLS training scheduled.

Cope & Climbing:

This course is for adults and leaders who wish to be trained as a climbing instructor. Having multiple trained instructors allows us the opportunity to access the climbing facilities on our Pack campouts.

Wilderness First Aid Training:

The WFA course will introduce the participant to skills necessary to handle basic first aid emergencies in a wilderness setting. Participants must be present for all sessions in order to receive completion card.  The course combines lecture with hands-on application of material covered in class. Successful completion of this course certifies the participant in WFA for a period of two years and meets the requirements for Philmont treks, SeaBase, and other high adventure camps.
